9/30/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved (AM) Client appeared to be in a good mood during morning arrival, as he arrived to school laughing and smiling with peers. Client grabbed breakfast politely, using appropriate manners towards adult staff. Client said good morning and waved as he walked by, demonstrating great citizenship and leadership skills. Client hugged his counselor on the way to class and displayed appropriate behavior in the hallway. As the client finished his breakfast he waited at his desk for further instruction. Client presents a positive attitude during morning group. Client was witnessed sharing with his peers and being a good helper. (PM) During middle hours client increase his on task behaviors as he worked diligently on the assigned task provided while in his therapeutic setting. Client appeared to be enjoying the hands on activity as he worked quietly and stayed focused. Client did not require any redirection as he was able to complete the task and head to lunch with his class. Client was witnessed standing in line without pushing or shoving. Client displayed good interaction with his peers. Client maintained appropriate conduct and appropriate tone of voice. Client seemed to be having a good day without needing a break. (EOD) Towards the end of the day client appeared to be in a pleasant mood as he was attentive to his classwork. Client did not require any redirection as he was observed focused and on task. Client was able to remain in his designated area as he sat patiently until teacher told the class to put away their work and utilize the remainder of class time for leisure and relaxation. Client was observed displaying good social skills, no incident was reported. Client ended the day on a good note, achieving his objectives.
